Peteetneet and Its Elevator

Peteetneet Elevator Update Those of us passing the Peteetneet Museum and Cultural Center from the south (going north) have noticed what a beautiful addition it has become. Many have commented that the south view looks better now than it did before.! This very attractive elevator has passed its final inspection and now awaits an entry way on all three floors. This work is being completed or at least contemplated as fast as we receive donations. We need $18,000 to complete the work on the halls to the elevator and complete the required handicap bathroom. If you could “spare a dime” or maybe a few hundred or a thousand dimes, please do so by making your tax-free donation to the PPP, and mailing it or bringing it in to the Peteetneet Museum in Payson. It has taken over three years to get to this point, and it will be completed shortly. We are planning a celebration for the community when it is paid for. Thanks to all of you who have contributed to this worthwhile local project, both in money and volunteering your talents.. We couldn’t have done it without you.
